Terms and Conditions
By entrusting this vehicle to you, send you a commitment on contractual lease terms and conditions set out below subject to force majeure as required by the laws of Romania. Customers who rent cars are asked to read carefully and confirm acceptance in compliance with all terms and conditions specified by signing the lease. The client must meet and comply with all terms of this contract. Any deviations from these terms requires the prior approval in writing from the company. The company renter reserves the right not to rent a client machine without having to give any explanation.
General conditions for renting a car
The various notions to which we refer is interpreted in accordance with applicable legislation, generally on the lease.
"You", "User", "Customer" means the driver and people who pay mentioned in the lease and those signing it, who are deemed users.
"We", "company" means "Car 365" Romania.
"The car" means a passenger car or utility agreed in rent during the lease.
"Damage" means any damage to the vehicle including glass damage objects, including lenses, mirrors and lights.
"Theft" of the vehicle include vehicle theft or vandalism, theft of accessories and attempted theft.
"Travelling abroad" retreat outside Romanian borders. Normally this is prohibited. You can travel abroad in Romania only with written authorization from "Rent A Car 365". You will be asked, with supporting documentation, renting and all the essential information, especially your identity, address, category and date of issue of the license, and form of payment for your rental.
Prerequisites rental contract is signed
Age of customer:
Any driver must hold a driving license corresponding to the category of vehicle rented for at least 12 months. He or she must have over 22 years of age (age required may be higher for some categories).
We do not accept copy of driver's license, proof of traffic or driving license expired.
Typically, vehicle rental is guaranteed only for the person who rented it. If others plan to drive a car, they must be present at time of rental to be added to the rental agreement, the obligation to present a driving license held for at least one year. Any additional driver must meet requirements relating to minimum age.
Documents required rental:
ID or passport (valid)
Valid driving license, held for at least 12 months
If there is need for further verification, office rental and other documents may be requested (ie. The return flight ticket, accommodation confirmation, etc.)
If there is an additional driver, it must present an ID / passport and driving license; also additional driver must be present at the moment of taking over the car and will be written into the contract.
Payment:
You will be asked at the beginning of the lease, a payment equal to the amount of the invoice for the rent plus deposit related.
Whatever the means of payment used, the company reserves the right to make any necessary checks and approve or refuse to rent. The renting price is calculated in Euro. Any payment made in other convertible currencies is calculated based on the current exchange rate.
Collateral value depends on the category of the rented vehicle and insurance to be waived. They are intended to cover the damage suffered by this user through damage or theft of the vehicle. Its value is specified on the lease when the lease.
If the user is not exempt from tax (theft and / or damage), the guarantee will guarantee maximum per category of vehicle made available, as specified in the lease.
The warehouse company must cover an event of damage caused by the tenant or theft of the vehicle (subject to contractual waivers specified below) to cover the damage suffered.
If there is no damage and / or any theft, the deposit actually paid shall be refunded at the end of the rental.
Teaching and taking the car:

Car:

Fuel is not included in the price and the client's responsibility. The rented car is delivered with minimum ¼ diesel or petrol, to be recovered in the same condition. Use of the vehicle:

You can not use the car rental:
For rehired;
To carry passengers who rented or reward;
To carry passengers in addition to the number mentioned on the registration certificate of the vehicle;
To take part in rallies, contests, quizzes, wherever located;
To give driving lessons;
To push or tow another vehicle (except vehicles equipped with the towbar - maximum load 1000 kg);
Roads unfit for motor vehicles, or the surface or condition involving risks for tires or parts of the vehicle;
Committing an offense with intent.
Goods and baggage transported in the vehicle, including their packaging and storage inside the vehicle body must not cause excessive damage to the vehicle or its occupants risks. The company must replace vehicle (subject to availability), in case of damage that can not be repaired on the spot if the damage is not the fault of the Customer. If the vehicle can not be replaced, the customer will be refunded the cost of rent calculated proportionally related to the duration in which the vehicle could not be used.

Duration of lease:
User agrees to return the car company on the date specified in the lease. A lease must have a maximum duration of 30 days, including extensions. For rental periods on a more than 30 days will conclude a long-term lease.
Rental period will be determined by indivisible periods of 24 hours, starting with when the vehicle is provided; you are allowed, however, a tolerance of 2 hours before applying a new period of 24 hours. If handover is delayed by more than 2 hours, the client shall pay the fee set for another day.

Delivery and return the rented car is the place, date and time set by the client and mentioned in the car rental contract without cost or additional charges across Bucharest and Otopeni Airport. The company bears no responsibility for property left in the vehicle at the end of the lease.

-are caused by the driver while attempting to escape arrest or other punishment, not stopping at the police or other authorities;

Car rental insurance:

Traffic fines:
All traffic fines resulting from the failure of the customer to Romanian law shall be borne by it, including fines arrived later (ex.radar, parking, etc.).
After the expiry of the rental period the client remains responsible for paying fines or other costs subsequently detected even if the contract has expired.
Competence:
The courts of the town where the main company's office must have competence to the extent permitted by law, any dispute between the merchant and the user, arising out of this Agreement and which can not be settled amicably.
Customer agrees that any additions or changes to the terms and conditions will be void if not approved in writing by the parties.
